BRENNA LYNN
Bio / Press
coffee shop voice, stadium personality
About BrennaWith a coffee shop voice and a personality big enough to fill a stadium, Brenna Lynn creates powerful music with poignant messages. Singer, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist Brenna Lynn grew up just outside of Cleveland, Ohio, where she first began picking guitars and writing songs. In 2018, Brenna moved to Nashville, TN to grow as a performer. In 2019, she landed in the Washington, DC music scene and has been breaking molds as she independently records and produces new music.
Brenna's music is a mixture of powerful lyrics and honest sounds, sometimes described as grounded folk-style acoustic pop. Lynn is often compared to bigger acts like Sara Bareilles, Regina Spektor, Ingrid Michaelson, Billy Joel, Anna Nalick, and Hayley Williams of Paramore - all confident artists with songwriting roots and power-packed lyrics. "I don't want you to hear the music," Lynn explains, "I want you to feel it." |
ProjectsBrenna's story is evolving in real-time. For day-by-day updates, check out her social media @BrennaTalksTooMuch, and her blog.
Currently, Brenna has been in the studio. ...Her studio that is. Brenna Lynn has embarked on the journey of taking her music production to the next level. "Many people in the industry claim that women don't like the production side of music, or maybe that they aren't as good at it. I want to prove those stigmas wrong with my next project" she says. Brenna currently has an EP and two single across streaming platforms. Brenna releases new videos monthly on YouTube including original songs, covers, poetry, stories, information, and updates. Thanks for doing the one of the nicest things any human being can do for another...thanks for listening. Always,
