ARROWS. THIS SPRING.

I’m excited to announce the name of my upcoming EP/short album. Arrows will be out everywhere late winter/early spring of 2018. This EP will be 100% DIY. Each song is written, produced, recorded, and mastered by myself. Independent artist takes on a whole new meaning as I write and play every instrument on the album, distribute it myself, and promote it myself (eek!).

The album name is inspired by my favorite song I’ve ever written, one of the tracks of the album. The song “Arrows” is about being someone that always does as they are told, makes decisions based on other people, and follows directions. Someone who hates that about themselves, who really struggles with stepping out of line and doing what it is that they really want to do.

I wrote this song in 2013. It’s still relevant in my life today.

"Arrows" is about wanting to go places and do things you’ve never had the courage to do before. Arrows is about doing what you’re passionate about, not what you "should" do.
